KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at fg22 is required once before your first withdrawal. Once completed, you won't need to do it again. Here's what you'll need:

• National ID Card (NID): Two separate photos — front and back — clearly legible.
• Selfie: A selfie holding your NID (your face and the NID must both be clearly visible).
• If you have a passport, you can submit a photo of the main page instead of your NID.

Steps to submit KYC:

1. Log in to fg22 and go to your profile settings.
2. Click on the "Identity Verification" or "Verification" option.
3. Upload photos of the front and back of your NID, along with a selfie.
4. Submit — the fg22 team typically within 24 hours completes the verification.

Blurry or cropped images may result in verification failure — take clear photos in good lighting. Once verification is complete, you'll receive an email or SMS notification.

Forgotten your fg22 password? No worries — you can reset it easily using an OTP. Here are the steps:

1. Go to the fg22 login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link.
2. Enter your registered mobile number (including +880) or email address.
3. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your mobile — it is valid for 10 minutes.
4. Set a new password using the OTP. Use at least 8 characters.
5. Log in with your new password.

A few things to keep in mind:

• If you don't receive the OTP, wait 2 minutes and try again, or click "Resend OTP."
• If your mobile number has changed but you have a registered email address, a reset link can be sent to that email.
• If nothing works, email support@fg22.xyz with your NID and account details.
• Using a mix of uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters in your new password will keep your account more secure.

Fg22's interface is built with Bangladeshi users in mind, so Bangla is set as the default language. That said, you can also browse the site in English and several other languages.

How to change the language:

1. Look for the language selector icon (a flag or the word "Bangla") in the top-right corner or navigation bar of the site.
2. Clicking it will bring up a list of available languages.
3. Choose your preferred language — the page will reload in that language instantly.

Changing the language while logged in saves your preference to your account settings, so the same language will appear next time. If you change it while logged out, it's saved to your browser cookies — clearing cookies may revert it back to the default.

Where to find live scores:

Live streaming is available for select events, not all matches. Matches with a stream will show a video icon. An active balance in your account is required to watch the stream.

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits. Limits can be lowered immediately; increasing them requires a 7-day waiting period.
• Loss Limit: Set a loss limit to automatically stop your betting once you've reached a certain amount within a given period.
• Session Time Limit: Set how long you want to play in one session — 30 minutes, 1 hour, or any duration you choose.
• Cooling-Off Period: Betting is temporarily suspended for 24–72 hours. No changes can be made before the period ends.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from fg22 for anywhere from 7 days to permanently.

How to set it up:
